Overview

In this Strategy Manager role, you will help shape the global Industrial Solutions strategy within a leading industrial technology company. You’ll work cross-functionally with Strategy, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and leadership to translate business requests into actionable plans and to identify growth and competitive opportunities. You’ll analyze markets, technology, and regulatory trends to inform strategic decisions and develop robust plans. This role offers broad exposure across regions, with a focus on delivering tangible business impact and developing analysts.

Responsibilities

• Support development of robust strategic plan
• Translate business requests into well-defined problems
• Collaborate with Segment and Business Unit teams to solve complex issues
• Develop strategies for complex projects
• Identify trends across markets, industries, and competitors
• Analyze industry structure, competition, market attractiveness, technology and regulatory trends; project evolutions to inform strategy
• Create analytical models and translate outputs into clear stories
• Lead fact-base creation and communication process
• Contribute to the professional development of Analysts

Key requirements

• Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience in industrial product organizations within Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Program Management, or similar roles
• Proven experience in strategy development and execution in complex organizations
• Consulting experience at a top-tier management consulting firm serving industrial or high-tech clients is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure complex issues and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading teams and influencing across all organizational levels
• Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and cross-cultural leadership skills
• Passion for technology, continuous learning, and driving impactful business outcomes
