Professional Services Team Manager – Implementation Consulting

Overview

Lead and grow a high-performing Implementation Consulting team delivering AI Work platform solutions for customers. Drive on-time, high-quality project delivery across varied scopes while coaching team members and shaping scalable delivery processes. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and expansion of AI-enabled workflows. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and KPI-driven performance, enabling customers to achieve measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of Implementation Consultants responsible for delivering AI Work platform implementations
• Guide project lifecycle activities from discovery through launch, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Partners to enable efficient project delivery
• Coach and manage team performance using data-driven feedback and transparency
• Identify and implement process improvements, policies, delivery methods, metrics, and tools
• Drive onboarding, enablement, and revenue expansion with customers
• Oversee team operations and KPI performance
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members
• Develop programs to enable scalable internal processes and growth

Key requirements

• 5-10 years in Implementation, Professional Services, or Managed Services, preferably SaaS or technology consulting
• 3-5+ years of people management experience
• Strong experience with project management, CRM, service desk, or collaborative work management software
• Experience delivering or overseeing AI-related implementations (AI workflows, AI features, or AI transformation projects)
• Familiarity with AI tools and advising customers on AI integration into workflows
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
• Process-driven and metrics-focused with scalable delivery mindset
• Experience estimating delivery effort and creating Statements of Work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative team player with cross-stakeholder coordination abilities
