Overview

As Product Manager at System C, you will own and shape end-to-end product lifecycles for Social Care and Education solutions. You’ll translate customer problems into clear product direction, collaborating with engineering, sales, services, and leadership to balance growth, debt, and regulatory changes. You’ll drive go-to-market activities and maintain competitive products through customer forums and industry events. This role sits at the crossroads of customers, commercial needs, and complex healthcare environments, offering meaningful impact on care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own product roadmaps and release plans aligned to strategy
  • Use market insight and customer research to inform prioritisation and investment
  • Build robust product business cases
  • Collaborate with Engineering to define delivery plans and unblock issues
  • Lead and mentor Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure quality requirements
  • Support go-to-market with value propositions and sales enablement content
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to keep products competitive
  • Represent products in customer forums and industry events

Key requirements

  • Significant experience managing software products in a commercial environment
  • Confidence working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness and accountability for product performance
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly
  • Experience leading or mentoring others in product or delivery settings
