Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters (sales/purchases, freehold/leasehold, new builds, shared ownership)
- Advise and communicate with clients to progress transactions
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Key requirements
- Qualified Residential Property Solicitor or experienced Conveyancing Executive
- Proven ability to manage your own caseload confidently
- Strong experience in freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
