Responsibilities
- Manage complex Employment Tribunal matters and provide strategic HR advisory support
- Act as trusted partner to employer clients on restructuring, TUPE, employee relations, and workforce strategy
- Support major projects and corporate transactions with cross-team collaboration
- Deliver client training and contribute to thought leadership and external profile
- Collaborate within a supportive, collaborative team environment
- Play an active role in business development and growth of the Employment practice
Key requirements
- 2-6 years’ PQE in Employment law (Solicitor or FCILEX)
- Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Genuine interest in developing client relationships and delivering high-quality advice
