Senior Data Scientist

Overview

As an AI Data Scientist, you will design, develop and deploy AI solutions that drive business outcomes. You’ll bridge data engineering, analytics, and product teams to turn data into actionable insights. You will build scalable data pipelines, evaluate models, and monitor performance while staying current with AI advancements. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI models (predictive, NLP, CV, recommender systems).
• Ingest, cleanse, and transform large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Perform statistical analysis, experiment design, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Build scalable data pipelines and automate training and inference.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate models into production systems.
• Monitor model performance, detect drift, and pursue continuous improvement.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with AI/ML innovations and assess impact on products.

Key requirements

• Experience in ML, data science, or applied AI roles.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong knowledge of statistics, ML algorithms, and evaluation techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ML pipelines.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and convey insights.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and distributed data technologies.
• Experience deploying AI models in production.
• Publications, patents, or open-source contributions in ML/AI.
