Building Services Engineer

Overview

As a Building Services Engineer, you will perform regional maintenance across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, North Hampshire and Surrey. You will apply your multi-skilled trade to keep commercial building systems running, focusing on AHU upkeep, water flushing, electrical checks and plant room care. You will work closely with clients to uphold safety and compliance while responding to planned and reactive maintenance needs. This role offers a strong training program, a company van, and a clear path to career growth in a service-focused team. You will help sustain reliable building services for a diverse client base, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Key requirements

• Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
• Based in commutable location to Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, North Hampshire or Surrey
• Full UK driving licence
• NVQ/ City & Guilds Level 2 in Mechanical or Electrical
