Responsibilities

• Lead on acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and data centre finance transactions
• Advise on public bids, private acquisitions, and event-driven financings
• Manage investment-grade loans, asset-backed and receivables financings
• Act as a key contact for banks, sponsors, corporates, and asset managers
• Collaborate with colleagues across UK and international offices
• Drive business development and marketing initiatives
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development
• Deliver commercially astute legal advice

Key requirements

• 4+ years PQE in transactional banking
• Experience gained at an international or leading regional firm
