Overview

In this role, you help customers use Zenoti effectively to run their business by resolving issues and guiding best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for customers and continuously improve their use of Zenoti. The role combines hands-on problem-solving with product feedback to shape a smoother customer experience at scale. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment, providing clear, actionable guidance and contributing to a strong support community.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound requests via phone, chat, and email and manage issues to resolution
  • Advocate for customers and ensure their business operations run smoothly on Zenoti
  • Consult with customers to optimize their use of Zenoti in their operations
  • Research, document, and prioritize issues; escalate when needed to keep issues moving
  • Be a trusted advisor on Zenoti product issues to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in product areas and apply it to help customers
  • Provide peer mentorship and share knowledge with the team
  • Create knowledge base materials to improve operational efficiency and support community
  • Influence product direction by giving feedback on customer challenges

Key requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in a public-facing, English and Danish/French speaking service role
  • Experience from hospitality or retail background is ideal
  • Experience running a POS or reservations system
  • Tenacious and persistent, with strong problem-solving
  • Technology-centric mindset with curiosity and self-learning ability
