Country S&OP Lead, EU Trans S&OP

Overview

You’re the lead on demand planning, partnering with first and middle mile teams to ensure smooth operations and on-plan delivery. You’ll support network improvements and design process improvements across Fulfillment centres and delivery teams. You’ll coordinate ongoing programs around volume planning and cross-functional optimization, operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This is a chance to shape how parcels move from fulfilment to customers at scale, aligning with Amazon’s customer-centric mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead on demand planning and act as a primary partner to first and middle mile stakeholders and operations teams
• Support network improvements to optimize parcel shipment from fulfilment to customers
• Coordinate and administer ongoing programs including volume planning and process improvements across multiple stakeholders
• Design and optimize cross-functional processes with fulfilment centers, Middle Mile services, and delivery stations
• Interface with senior stakeholders and drive collaboration across functional teams

Key requirements

• Experience working with databases and SQL
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Comfort interfacing with senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver operational improvements
