Responsibilities
- Deliver client-focused outcomes through cost planning, procurement, and KPI achievement
- Manage feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection with rigorous reporting and compliance
- Oversee estimating, cost planning, and valuations, presenting accurate financial reports to stakeholders
- Supervise contracts, claims, and completion processes to drive successful project outcomes
- Mentor teams, promote innovation, and embed continuous improvement and net zero transition across delivery activities
- Support ethical, safe, and inclusive operations while upholding integrity and client focus
Key requirements
- Degree in quantity surveying or cost management
- MRICS/RICS or equivalent professional membership, progressing toward fellowship
- Proven consulting experience with strong commercial and financial acumen
- Expertise in value engineering, sustainability, and stakeholder management within diverse teams
