Overview

You lead the Change Guild at AXA UKI, defining the vision for capacity and capability to deliver at scale. You align change delivery with AXA’s long-term strategy across products and projects, leading governance, budget, and partnerships. You foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement, delivering high-impact change across programmes, projects and products in a hybrid model. This is a strategic, cross-functional role that shapes how we source talent and develop capability for future demand.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and objectives of the Change Guild aligned to AXA’s delivery strategy
  • Provide technical and people leadership across change disciplines using PMO, business change and business analysis
  • Coordinate delivery requirements with Portfolio Management and Tribe Leadership for multiple Tribes/Products
  • Manage resource allocation and capacity across the change portfolio to meet demand
  • Lead workforce planning and build partnerships to source capacity and capability
  • Drive professional standards, frameworks, tools, templates and KPIs for consistent change delivery
  • Own the Change Guild investment strategy, including budgeting for upskilling, tools and enablement

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience across programme, project and product delivery in large, complex organisations
  • Broad understanding of PMO, business change and business analysis
  • Proven experience in Agile environments (Kanban and Lean) with iterative delivery
  • Proficient in workforce planning and forecasting demand for change professionals in UKI
  • Effective communicator and influencer with senior stakeholders
  • Experience designing development frameworks, learning pathways and coaching programmes
  • Budget management and advocacy for investment in people and capability
