Overview

In this Recruiter role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for Care Professionals, building a pipeline and guiding candidates through screening, interviews, induction, and integration. You’ll work within the People Team to support career development and meet team KPIs in a trusted, award-winning care business. The position blends in-office collaboration across two locations with occasional remote days and weekend on-call flexibility. You’ll amplify our local recruitment presence through creative campaigns and community events, aligning with our mission to brighten the lives of seniors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including campaigns, screening, interviews, induction, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement creative online and community recruitment campaigns
  • Curate a positive candidate experience and robust employer proposition
  • Proactively source and network for high-quality candidates locally
  • Maintain candidate data accuracy in SmartRecruiters ATS
  • Deliver regular community events and recruitment activities
  • Support selection activities and ensure compliance with Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities policy
  • Maintain flexibility to perform other duties as needed
  • Achieve targeted recruitment figures
  • Ensure compliant recruitment practices and documentation

Key requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation under pressure
  • Team player, self-motivated, resilient, and relationship-building
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with internet sourcing and learning new technologies
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment is advantageous
  • Knowledge of recruitment legislation (Access NI, Right to Work) is desirable
