Overview
In this role you will develop as a specialist in dispute resolution for a growing UK practice. You will support construction and engineering expert witnesses in arbitration on delay-related cases and analyze project delays, contributing to high-level reports. You work closely with Directors to promote the business and participate in events. The role offers training, development, and clear personal progression in a hybrid, London-led environment focused on quality and impact.

Responsibilities
- Develop as a specialist consultant on dispute resolution matters
- Support construction and engineering expert witnesses in arbitration on delay-related cases
- Analyse causes of delay on disputed projects
- Produce high-level reports
- Support Directors in business development and attending events
- Contribute to a high-quality UK practice with growth and development opportunities
Key requirements
- Presentable and career-minded with evidence from academics or other means
- Degree qualified, ideally with secondary qualifications or memberships
- Site/Project-based experience with a contractor
- Background likely as QS, Site Manager, Engineer, Project Manager or Planner
- 5–10 years of commercial experience on building/civil engineering projects
- Some international experience desirable
- Second language is a plus
