Commercial Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the commercial function for a residential contractor in the South East London area. You will head up the commercial team and report to the Managing Director, guiding commercial strategy across new build housing projects. The position offers a sense of impact by shaping cost, risk, and commercial decisions within a growing housing business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commercial team within the residential contractor.
• Oversee commercial activities on new build main contracting housing projects.
• Report to the Managing Director on commercial performance and risks.

Key requirements

• Experience leading a commercial team
