Responsibilities
- Manage the detailed planning application for a large London scheme
- Liaise with consultants, local authority, and internal stakeholders to drive planning through
- Identify opportunities to increase density where feasible
- Proactively contribute to delivering an iconic development
- Support the bespoke design of the scheme within the planning process
- Collaborate with the Land, Planning and Investment team to ensure successful outcomes
