Responsibilities
- Advise on adjudication, mediation, arbitration and litigation matters
- Manage complex, high-value construction disputes from inception to resolution
- Support property, corporate and finance teams on construction-related issues
- Lead business development and strengthen client relationships
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to strategic development of the team
