Client Manager

Overview

As a Client Manager, you will nurture and grow relationships with accountancy practices across the South West while engaging new clients for Autograph. You will manage the end-to-end client experience from vacancy to placement, focusing on long-term partnerships and account growth. This role blends relationship-building with proactive business development in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be supported by an established client base and performance-based rewards, with hybrid working and clear progression opportunities. Your impact lies in delivering exceptional client service, expanding PSLs, and turning conversations into lasting value for clients and our team.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new-to-us clients
• Maintain and strengthen PSL relationships
• Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities
• Understand clients’ businesses and recruitment needs
• Deliver a first-class service from vacancy to placement
• Initiate and sustain conversations to drive outcomes
• Develop long-term partnerships rather than simply filling vacancies

Key requirements
