Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload from initial enquiry through to settlement
- Conduct initial client consultations and provide ongoing advice
- Draft key legal documents and advise on claim strategies
- Analyse medical records and expert evidence to support cases
- Negotiate outcomes and settlement terms
- Maintain organized, compliant files and ensure progress meets deadlines
Key requirements
- 1–2 years’ PQE in clinical negligence or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
