Overview
In this Project Architect role, you will lead residential projects for prime London locations, guiding work from concept through construction. You’ll work within a collaborative studio known for work‑life balance, contributing to high‑end interiors and complex tender packages. You’ll coordinate with consultants, manage a junior team, and oversee site activities to resolve on‑site queries. This is an opportunity to shape landmark projects in Chelsea, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, and Mayfair while developing your leadership and technical skills.

Responsibilities
- Produce detailed tender and construction packages with drawings and schedules
- Coordinate with planning authorities, inspectors, and consultants throughout projects
- Develop drawings and documents related to design and surveys
- Lead concept layouts and planning layouts, liaising with other professionals
- Supervise and coordinate junior in-house team on tender packages
- Source, detail, and create schedules
- Attend site meetings and resolve on-site queries
Key requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ post‑Part III experience
- Proven experience running medium to large high‑end residential projects in London
- High‑end interiors experience (bonus)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in a busy studio
- Excellent English communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
