Overview
In this role you will apply chartered building surveying expertise to deliver a broad range of professional services for commercial clients across a regional patch, with a strong emphasis on autonomy and long-term career progression. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, handling surveys, condition assessments, dilapidations, due diligence, and detailed reporting while liaising with clients. The position offers home-based flexibility, potential partnership opportunities, and a clear path to senior leadership within an independent practice.

Responsibilities
- Commercial building surveys
- Schedules of condition

- Planned preventative maintenance surveys
- Acquisition surveys and technical due diligence
- Contract administration
- Defect diagnosis and technical advice
- Preparation of detailed technical reports
- Client liaison and advisory work
Key requirements
- MRICS or MCIOB qualification
- Strong professional Building Surveying background
- Experience in commercial property
- Proven experience with dilapidations, schedules of condition, acquisition surveys and technical due diligence
- Strong report writing and technical assessment skills
- Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
- High attention to detail
