Finance Business Partner

Overview

As Director of Finance in a leading FTSE-listed hospitality business, you will partner with operational leadership to drive sustainable profitable growth. You provide financial insight, challenge and support to deliver EBIT targets and uncover opportunities to improve sales, profitability and efficiency across multi-site operations. The role blends strong commercial business partnering with FP&A activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, while leading and developing a Finance Analyst. This is a strategic, multi-site finance role with a real impact on performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leadership to drive performance and EBIT targets
• Provide financial insight and challenge to decision-makers
• Lead FP&A activities: forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability and operational efficiency
• Lead and develop a Finance Analyst to ensure high-quality financial support
