In this role you drive growth by leading end-to-end business development with senior executives in French-speaking markets, delivering evidence-based insights and strategic advisory. You’ll build deep, trusted partnerships and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals from outreach to execution. You act as a strategic adviser post-sale to sustain long-term impact. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business development from prospecting to closing and strategic partnerships in French-speaking markets
- Drive bookings and revenue growth with ownership of performance from day one
- Conduct deep discovery with senior executives to uncover needs and opportunities
- Shape proposals and architect tailored, high-value solutions
- Influence multiple stakeholders, navigate objections, and secure commitments
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless client experience from sale to delivery
- Maintain ongoing engagement post-sale as a strategic adviser to strengthen partnerships
- Represent Gallup at executive meetings, events and forums to expand network and opportunities
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is preferred
- Five+ years in advisory or consultative sales
- Proven success in winning new business and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience achieving revenue targets
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline and CRM proficiency
- Excellent written, presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience selling multi-year agreements for analytics, research-based, advisory, consulting or solutions-based offerings
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios
- Native-level French; professional English
- Experience using AI to enhance productivity or sales activities preferred
- Willingness to work on-site at Gallup’s London office at least three days per week
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship)
