Overview
In this role you will lead stakeholders to align on programme goals, actively gather and document requirements, and partner with offshore developers to drive biweekly releases. You’ll define solution behavior and messaging formats, then validate requirements with business, development and QA teams. You operate within a front-office trading context, shaping lightweight, well-communicated specifications for Fixed Income, Equities and FX projects. This is a consultative role in a close-knit, traditional-capital markets team.

Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholders to achieve common business programme goals
- Active requirements gathering in sessions or workshops
- Create specification in collaboration with offshore development team
- Coordinate biweekly software releases
- Define and prioritize solution behavior to meet business requirements
- Design and propose messaging protocol formats
- Validate requirements with client business analysts, development and QA teams
Key requirements
- 1–4 years’ experience in software/financial services business analysis
- Experience of Financial Services
- Good technical knowledge
- Follow the logical path from initiation to completion
- Attention to detail and willingness to challenge conventions
- Holistic view of problems beyond corner cases
- Basic English (low jargon)
