International Tax Senior Manager/Director

Overview

In this role you guide international tax strategy for UK and overseas clients within a market-leading international tax group. You will lead cross-border projects, from market expansion to post-merger integration and restructuring, while navigating BEPS and financing considerations. You’ll develop client relationships, mentor teams, and drive business development to strengthen the firm’s tax advisory capabilities. Responsibilities

• Advise on expansion into new markets and cross-border transactions
• Lead pre-merger reorganisations and post-merger integration work
• Undertake business model redesign and capital structure/financing optimization
• Manage tax risk from global changes (e.g., BEPS)
• Develop and sustain client relationships; drive business development
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across UK and international engagements
