Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead construction projects from inception to completion within a London consultancy. You’ll collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required standards. You will manage programmes, risks, and governance while building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion
• Serve as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Oversee programmes, budgets, risks, and reporting
• Coordinate design teams, consultants, and contractors
• Support procurement and tendering processes
• Monitor progress and identify risks/issues
• Attend meetings and provide progress updates
• Maintain project documentation and governance
• Develop strong client-stakeholder relationships

Key requirements

• Experience in construction or property sector
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of project management processes and construction delivery
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commercial awareness and budget/programme management
• Desirable: relevant construction/property/project management qualification
• Consultancy experience advantageous; contractor or client-side backgrounds considered
