Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives within the COO
• Conduct research and analysis on processes, metrics, and business priorities
• Track action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Assist with documentation of procedures, workflows, and governance materials

Key requirements

• Enrollment in a 3-year undergraduate degree program, graduating in 2027
• Minimum cumulative GPA 2:1 or above
• Business- and/or technology-related majors preferred
