Communications Associate – Private Markets

Overview

In this role, you will support corporate and investor communications as well as marketing efforts for a London-based private markets firm. You will work with senior stakeholders across investment and investor relations to craft consistent messaging and impactful content. You’ll develop materials for fundraising, investor updates, and external channels, while coordinating with external partners and supporting brand initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape communications at the intersection of investments, markets, and client-facing activities.

Responsibilities

• Support production of investor and corporate communications
• Create and coordinate presentations, reports, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Develop content for the firm’s website, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Assist communications around fundraising, investments and portfolio activity
• Collaborate with Investor Relations and investment teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Support thought leadership, events, and broader brand initiatives
• Coordinate with external PR and communications partners as needed

Key requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience in asset management, private equity, private markets, financial services or relevant communications role
• Experience across communications, marketing, investor communications or content
• Strong written communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working with investment and IR professionals
• Good understanding of financial markets and institutional investors
• Strong PowerPoint skills and attention to detail
