Business Analyst – Build Safety Services

Overview

As a Business Analyst in Building Safety Services, you will support the delivery of a sector-leading safety capability and ensure regulatory compliance. You will analyze processes, map workflows, and propose improvements to drive performance within the Building Safety department. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and communicate changes clearly. This role offers the chance to influence safety outcomes for residents while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a values-driven, inclusive organization.

Responsibilities

• Make recommendations to the Senior Management Team to inform business change decisions
• Liaise with internal and external customers to identify business needs
• Review business issues and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Conduct data analysis to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure processes are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders

Key requirements

• Degree or management/professional qualification (as stated)
• Proven experience in business analysis and identifying improvements
• Experience of systems implementation and optimization
• Proven track record delivering business improvement projects within time, quality and budget constraints
• Experience in creating business cases and project documentation
• Experience defining business requirements leading to technology implementation
• Experience producing quality process documentation (incl. BPMN)
• Experience setting deadlines and prioritising workloads
