Responsibilities
- Define and maintain programme vision and direction across teams, stakeholders, and suppliers
- Own and communicate the organisational roadmap, prioritising work and managing cross-organisational dependencies
- Frame problems with a user-centric approach to ensure the programme solves the right problem
- Champion user insights in decisions and priorities across pace and scale
- Govern suppliers and partners, aligning them to shared goals and resolving tensions
- Navigate diplomatic discussions with civil servant teams and other stakeholders while protecting relationships
- Collaborate across disciplines (design, engineering, data, policy) as problem-solving partners
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to reach clear decisions and shared understanding
- Shape and secure incoming work by understanding budget-holders’ needs and crafting propositions
- Drive progress to ensure delivery and outcomes with integrity

- Programme-scale experience across organisations and multi-team roadmaps
- Credibility in complex, shifting priority environments with senior stakeholders
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams and align on problems and outcomes
