Overview
In this role you help drive delivery of high-quality residential developments within a growing contractor. You will work closely with clients and site teams to keep projects on spec, on time, and on budget, while expanding the firm’s footprint in East London. You’ll lead commercial aspects and support tendering activities across multiple schemes. Responsibilities
- Project manage delivery of high-quality residential developments
- Coordinate tendering processes and maintain client engagement
- Ensure projects are delivered to specification, on schedule, and within budget
- Oversee all commercial elements through site managers and key staff
Key requirements
- Track record with a contractor or refurbishment contractor on residential schemes
- Degree qualified or construction qualification/experience
- Excellent all-round commercial skills
- Able to commute to East London
