CNC Administrator

Overview

In this role you will support and co-manage day-to-day system administration across OneWorld, Qlik Sense, iSeries, and related platforms. You will ensure secure access, change control, and environment management to keep critical systems running smoothly. You will troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and contribute to automation and data workflows. This role offers exposure to multiple enterprise systems and a chance to broaden technical skills through in-house training. You will work with cross-functional teams to sustain reliable operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create/amend OneWorld logins and security groups; manage access for SOX extracts and signoffs
• Manage OneWorld environments, servers, software promotions, package deployments, and data dictionaries
• Monitor for excess failed logins and troubleshoot OneWorld app/server/middleware issues
• Setup printers within OneWorld applications
• Manage Qlik Sense & nPrinting servers; configure access and document automation
• Provide first-line support for iSeries production and test servers; respond to errors, manage overnight jobs and CL/SQL
• Maintain Sequel Viewpoint automated jobs and scheduled tasks; monitor during peak periods
• Create/maintain user logins for Solosoft (Agility) & wrist scanners and Salesforce logins
• Maintain department documentation and change requests; handover daily; keep server and asset lists
• Participate in other duties as required to support business needs

Key requirements

• Oneworld XE or higher knowledge (operations, development, administration tools)
• iSeries operations & administration; CL with SQL knowledge
• Experience with Qlik Sense development and administration; nPrinting knowledge
• Ability to work across day/night shifts for production support
• Familiarity with change control processes
