Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships delivering strategic tax advice that supports growth
• Lead and oversee the team in delivering compliance and strategic tax guidance for a broad client base
• Manage delivery of complex advice (tax structuring, refinancing, restructurings, BEPS Pillar 2 assessment) and provide technical support to the wider team
• Act as a role model for KPMG values, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment
• Identify and pursue business opportunities with Directors and Partners, supporting market expansion
• Lead proposals, tender documents, client pitches, and develop innovative client solutions
• Contribute to strategic direction and operational excellence, including resource planning and performance management
• Mentor and develop the next generation of tax professionals across the team
• Liaise with specialists in other departments and overseas offices to coordinate multidisciplinary advisory projects

Key requirements

• ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
• Proven corporate tax technical knowledge with ongoing professional development
• International and complex tax experience desirable
• Ability to coach, lead staff, and manage senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (oral and written) for client engagement and cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset for solving complex issues
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships concurrently
