Change Audit Manager

Overview

In this role you will provide assurance over major transformation programmes and strategic change initiatives within a leading bank. You will focus on governance, delivery risk and controls across the change lifecycle, helping to safeguard delivery of large-scale programmes. You will join an established internal audit team and gain exposure to key transformation efforts across the bank. This is an opportunity to contribute to risk-aware change and strengthen governance across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide assurance over major transformation programmes and strategic change initiatives
• Assess programme governance, delivery risk and controls across the change lifecycle
• Support risk-based audits within banking/financial services environments
• Contribute to the evaluation of the effectiveness of change management and governance frameworks

Key requirements

• Internal Audit or assurance experience within banking or financial services
• Exposure to large-scale change or transformation programmes
• Relevant qualifications such as CIA, PRINCE2, Agile or CISA would be beneficial
