Overview

In this Cost Manager role in Yorkshire, you support delivering infrastructure projects for high-profile clients. You’ll monitor and forecast project costs, manage variances and cash flow, and collaborate with client and contractor teams to meet KPIs and governance. Responsibilities

• Administer contracts aligned to project objectives
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting
• Proactively control cost variance and contract cash flow
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams on deliverables, KPIs and programme performance
• Manage contract changes ensuring governance and best practice
• Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy

Key requirements

• Degree qualified (ideally)
• Ideal professional body membership or equivalent
• Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred)
