Overview

In this role, you will own and optimize the sales onboarding and enablement program, shaping a structured learning journey for new hires. You’ll work closely with sales leaders and SMEs to build engaging content that accelerates ramp-up and aligns with sales processes. You’ll drive cross-functional initiatives, measure impact, and continuously improve programs to boost quota attainment and sales enablement outcomes. This is a chance to influence how the sales team learns, performs, and scales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end new hire onboarding for the sales organization and ensure a structured, engaging ramp-up experience
  • Design, develop, and maintain sales training curricula and materials aligned with instructional design best practices
  • Collaborate with sales leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders to create effective learning content grounded in the sales process
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback, data, and evolving methodologies
  • Support quarterly sales enablement plans and collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and other departments to deliver learning activities
  • Lead or assist in the rollout of enablement programs and initiatives, coordinating with project teams to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Monitor and report on success metrics such as time to productivity, onboarding completion, engagement, retention, and impact on sales outcomes

Key requirements

  • 3+ years in learning and development, training, instructional design, or sales enablement
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent content creation, curriculum design, and facilitation skills
  • Experience managing learning programs or projects with multiple initiatives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across sales and other departments
