Overview
As Market Relationship Manager you will oversee a panel of insurer relationships to drive growth and maximise value. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to analyse performance data, identify opportunities, and implement practical solutions. The role combines relationship management with commercial strategy, market insight, and delivery of measurable outcomes. Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key insurer relationships to meet objectives and commercial outcomes
- Build strong relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders
- Analyze performance data and market information to identify trends and opportunities
- Identify new revenue opportunities and support growth initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve market, operational and commercial challenges
- Support strategic projects and broader business improvement initiatives
- Monitor market trends, insurer strategies, and regulatory developments and assess impact
- Provide insights to senior stakeholders to support commercial decision-making
- Track and report on relationship and portfolio performance with data-driven results
