Responsibilities

• Advise on property development and regeneration matters
• Draft and negotiate development agreements, options, promotion agreements, and joint ventures
• Support senior lawyers on complex transactions and projects
• Manage own caseload with autonomy and confidence
• Build client relationships and engage in business development
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and undertake short-term client secondments

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in real estate or property development
• Strong technical and drafting skills with commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage matters independently within a collaborative team
