Overview

In this role you work directly with the CEO across product, trading, strategy, finance, and operations to tackle high-impact problems. You will structure complex issues, drive end-to-end solutions, and lead strategic initiatives for Fuse Energy’s fast-scaling energy platform. You’ll analyse trading economics, market expansion, and renewable build-out opportunities, shaping pricing and business models. You will partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to accelerate growth and grid-ready innovations, including our Energy Network.

Responsibilities

  • Support product and commercial strategy across existing and new product lines
  • Analyze trading, supply economics, and operational bottlenecks
  • Lead scoping and modelling for new markets, products, or regulatory environments
  • Support renewable build-out strategy and evaluate development opportunities
  • Design pricing, forecasting, and business models
  • Prepare materials and insights for CEO-level decisions
  • Negotiate with strategic partners and support key commercial relationships
  • Own high-priority special projects and cross-functional initiatives

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM with coding or analytical experience
  • Demonstrated track record of exceptional achievement
  • Ability to break down complex problems and execute quickly
  • Comfort learning fast, switching contexts, and working with limited guidance
  • Capable of working independently or with cross-functional teams
