Project Manager

Overview

As a Project Manager in our Yorkshire team, you will lead end-to-end project delivery on prestigious infrastructure schemes, coordinating client objectives, governance and cross-functional teams. You’ll manage time, cost and quality targets while shaping project strategy and risk management. This role offers diverse exposure across rail, aviation, highways and utilities, with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes for clients. Responsibilities

• Strategic input at project inception to align approaches with client objectives
• Define and maintain project requirements and success criteria
• Set up governance, processes, and systems for the project
• Develop and manage the master project plan and activity schedules
• Lead resource planning and procurement efforts
• Coordinate cross-functional project team and stakeholders
• Apply performance management techniques and KPIs to improve delivery
• Oversee change control, budgeting, and cost forecasting
• Manage project information flow with clients and consultants
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks
• Prepare progress reports and other formal communications
• Interface with clients, consultants and stakeholders across all stages
• Advise on Health & Safety and Environmental issues
• Plan and manage Quality, Safety, Health and Environment considerations
