Accounting and Corporate Reporting Senior Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead high-quality technical accounting and corporate reporting support for Industry & Services, focusing on complex IFRS/UK GAAP issues for large and listed entities. You will collaborate with audit teams and clients to ensure accurate, compliant reporting while sharing expertise across the firm. Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technical accounting and corporate reporting support across Industry & Services, with emphasis on large and listed entities under IFRS/UK GAAP

Key requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP (FRS 101/FRS 102) and UK Company Law
• Proven experience evaluating accounting issues and delivering clear technical advice to audit teams/clients
• Experience with UK PIEs, listed entities, and large privately owned businesses
