Senior Manager – Supply Chain Consulting (Process Intelligence)

Overview

In this Senior Manager role, you drive growth across strategic accounts by leading data-driven supply chain transformations. You will advise CSCOs and COOs on process mining and intelligence to unlock cost savings and working capital improvements. You’ll combine client advisory with delivery leadership, shaping cross-functional value through AI-enabled, scalable transformation. You join a team that partners across manufacturing, finance, and technology strategy to redefine operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex supply chain transformation engagements as the primary client advisor
• Advise senior supply chain leaders on leveraging Process Mining and Process Intelligence
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Drive process discovery, benchmarking, simplification and standardisation
• Monitor and optimise processes using intelligence platforms for measurable outcomes
• Lead integration of Process Mining tools (Celonis, SAP Signavio, ARIS)
• Translate insights into actionable transformation initiatives
• Shape differentiating client propositions and compelling business cases
• Develop high-performing teams and internal capability in process intelligence-led offerings
• Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience with Process Intelligence (GTM and delivery), preferably Celonis, ARIS and/or SAP Signavio
• Deep domain experience in Supply Chain functions (Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Logistics, Fulfilment, Operations)
• Ability to design AI solutions around business problems
• Strong client-facing consulting experience
