Senior Quantity Surveyor required in Essex

Overview

Senior Quantity Surveyor role in an established Essex main contractor delivering modular turnkey residential projects up to 20m. You will drive commercial reporting, feasibility work and target achievement across cost, quality and schedule. You’ll liaise with clients and senior management, manage risk and opportunities, and support pre- and post-tender activities. This is a high-impact role focusing on robust commercial delivery within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial reports and advise management
• Assist in establishing client requirements and feasibility studies
• Ensure targets for cost, quality and time are met
• Delegate work and coordinate project progress with the team
• Incorporate health and safety regulations into commercial planning

Key requirements

• Detailed knowledge of Quantity Surveying for a main contractor or residential contractor
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
