Overview

As Director of Support for Learning, you will lead SEND, accessibility, equity and belonging across Buckinghamshire College Group. You will shape and drive an inclusive culture where every learner can thrive, working across campuses to ensure high-quality interventions and outstanding learner experiences. You will steer the strategic development of SEND and learner support, with a strong focus on compliance, funding oversight and coordinated services. This is a values-driven role that connects safeguarding, inclusion and learner success to the college’s mission of enabling every learner to progress.

Key requirements

• Experience in leadership of SEND, inclusion or learner support
