Overview

In this role you will contribute to Knight Frank’s market-leading Industrial & Logistics European Capital Markets platform, advising on high-profile transactions across Europe. You will collaborate with senior colleagues to shape investment strategies for institutional investors, REITs and private capital. You’ll lead and support due diligence, financial analysis and deal execution, while expanding your network across Europe. This is an entrepreneurial, high-impact opportunity within a trusted, global real estate advisory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the analysis and execution of acquisitions and disposals across single assets, portfolios and development opportunities
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with technical, legal and occupational advisors
• Prepare investment marketing materials, information memorandums, data rooms and investor presentations
• Conduct property inspections, investor meetings and transaction presentations
• Ensure transactions comply with internal compliance and risk management procedures
• Perform detailed investment appraisals using DCF and spot pricing analyses
• Build and review complex financial models to assess investment and development opportunities
• Analyse tenancy schedules, lease documents, development appraisals and asset management plans
• Support investment decisions through market and financial analysis
• Prepare and deliver pitch presentations for new business opportunities and manage client engagements across Europe

Key requirements

• A degree qualification (2:1 or above, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Advanced Excel capabilities with complex investment models
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, investors and clients
• Genuine interest in capital markets and real estate investment
• Ability to leverage data, technology and AI-driven solutions
• Industrial & Logistics experience is advantageous but not essential
