Responsibilities
- Own and manage a diverse property litigation caseload
- Supervise and delegate to junior colleagues
- Engage in business development to support growth plans
- Advise clients across tribunals and courts up to the Court of Appeal
- Coordinate cross-office collaboration within a national team
- Deliver technical, strategic advice on complex matters
- Maintain client relationships and ensure timely, effective case progression
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE
- Demonstrable property litigation experience
- Strong technical credentials in property law
- Confident in client management and delivering to deadlines
