Overview
As a Senior ERP Consultant, you help customers realize genuine value from ERP systems by guiding implementations and ongoing optimization. You work closely with clients across discovery, design, go-live, and post-implementation support, shaping how ERP delivers business outcomes. You’ll challenge assumptions, translate processes into practical ERP solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery and product development. This field-based role offers ownership of customer outcomes, significant travel, and influence on project delivery and customer success.

Responsibilities
- Deliver ERP implementation projects across multiple industries
- Lead optimisation, change, and improvements within existing ERP environments
- Translate customer workflows into practical ERP configurations
- Conduct discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, training and go-live support
- Configure solutions and support adoption throughout implementation
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and users
- Challenge assumptions when a better path exists
- Utilise SQL/data analysis for configuration, troubleshooting and validation
- Collaborate with Support, Product and Development to improve delivery
- Provide customer insights to improve product and experience
- Shape implementation and Customer Success delivery as the business grows
Key requirements
- At least five years’ ERP implementation/consulting experience
- Proven track record delivering ERP implementations and driving customer outcomes
- Experience leading change within ERP environments
- Strong knowledge of stock, purchasing, order management, fulfilment, finance and reporting processes
- Solid SQL and data investigation capabilities
- Experience running discovery, requirements gathering and process mapping
- Confidence training users and engaging with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to stay composed and structured under pressure
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK
