Senior Product Manager

Overview

In this role, you own the Brambles Tracking Solution, shaping its vision and roadmap to enable visibility of reusable assets across a global supply chain. You will align with ERP/CRM and customer-facing apps while driving measurable business value. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver impactful features, advocate for users, and lead agile processes. This is an opportunity to influence how goods are tracked at scale and contribute to sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to drive development and ensure alignment on features, timelines, and quality
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, prioritize features, and communicate progress
• Understand technical architecture and ensure feasibility and deliverability
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform decisions and identify innovation opportunities
• Advocate for end-users via user research and usability testing
• Develop and monitor KPIs to assess product performance
• Lead agile development processes (sprint planning, backlog, retrospectives)
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Gather post-launch feedback to iterate features and performance

Key requirements

• 5–7 years in enterprise product management or senior software development
• Experience leading technical or support teams
• Experience in building supply chain solutions (a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Business (see required_education)
• Proven track record with IoT or asset tracking solutions
• Hands-on data quality and analytics experience
