Responsibilities

• Manage complex property dispute cases across courts and tribunals
• Provide high-quality advocacy and client-facing advice to developers, investors, housing providers, and institutional clients
• Run own matters autonomously with backing from partners
• Contribute to the growth and visibility of the property litigation team
• Collaborate within a nationally structured, cross-office environment
• Shape and clarify legal issues through casework and jurisprudence
• Deliver practical, commercial solutions to clients

Key requirements

• 7+ PQE in property litigation
• Senior Associate level with track record of handling complex disputes
• Experience advising public and private sector clients (developers, investors, housing providers, institutional clients)
• Ability to run matters autonomously with support from partners
