Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity) from instruction to completion
• Provide excellent client service and maintain clear, proactive communication with clients
• Work independently within a fast-paced legal environment
• Collaborate with the legal team as needed to ensure timely and accurate transaction progress
• Support the firm’s growth and reputation through professional conduct and quality delivery

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
